The technology concerns a method of sensing of mechanical quantities, especially force and pressure, without electrical connection of the sensing element on the body of mechanical action, only by evaluating changes of electromagnetic field generated in the vicinity of the body.

Competitive advantage

  • does not require any electrical contact connection of the mechanical member with the parallel resonant circuit, thus minimizing the measurement error;
  • enables measurement of non-electric quantity with a very high accuracy which provides the deployment of new and efficient algorithms for the control of a device in which such a sensor is deployed.

Use of technology

  • in industries where accurate measurement of non-electric physical quantities is required, for example robotics, mechatronics, precision engineering, machine tools, precision measuring machines and instruments.
