The scientific activities of the institutes of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS) produce numerous innovative technologies and inventions that can be applied in practice. These industrially protected results are available for commercial use, primarily through licensing or transfer of rights. They represent a unique opportunity for businesses to gain access to original solutions with high application potential. If you are interested in the commercial use of any of the presented technologies, the SAS Technology Transfer Office (KTT SAV):

• will arrange the processes for your company to acquire rights for commercial use of the technology through licensing or sale,
• will coordinate with your company and ensure, on behalf of the relevant SAS organization, all necessary procedures related to the industrial property protection of the technology,
• will mediate communication between your company and the SAS organization that holds the rights to the technology,
• will prepare the contracts required for acquiring the rights for commercial use of the technology, or manage the process of reviewing contracts submitted by your company and having them signed by the authorized representative of the SAS organization,
• will be available, if needed, to assist with any questions that arise throughout the entire process.
